We are sending a fond farewell and congratulations to Mikayla Gyfteas, who has accepted the invitation to join Ballet West's Professional Training Program in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Ballet West is the company that produced the last season's Nutcracker with the Anchorage Concert Association, and Alaska Dance Theatre was the designated school to facilitate the rehearsal process.
Mikayla has taken full advantage of the many resources and opportunities as a company member at ADT. She has shown tremendous diligence in her pursuit of excellence in her art form. We are proud of Mikayla and all the effort she put into making her dream a reality!
